FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to ensure our products meet a high standard of quality. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

This return policy applies only to faulty products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or general wear and tear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- be unused
- be in the same condition that you received it
- be in the original packaging
- have no damage or markings on the garment

Non-returnable items include gift cards and all sale items. Products that have been misused, damaged through improper care, altered, or used contrary to instructions may not be eligible for a return.

 

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We may ask for additional information to assess the fault. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your refund has been processed, please allow some time for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or original payment method. You may also wish to contact your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider, as refunds can take several business days to be officially posted.
